La storia
L'imprenditore Sergio Budel è il proprietario, dal 1995, dello storico Ristorante Milanese Alzaia 26. Grazie alla sua passione per il mondo della ristorazione e alla sua meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli, Sergio è riuscito a preservare l'autentica atmosfera dell'Osteria Milanese. Negli anni, il ristorante ha ricevuto numerosi riconoscimenti nel settore, a testimonianza d ella dedizione e dell'impegno del proprietario e del suo team nel suo lavoro.
Since 1995, the historic Milanese restaurant Alzaia 26 has been owned by entrepreneur Sergio Budel. Thanks to his passion for the restaurant business and his attention to detail, Sergio has managed to preserve the authentic atmosphere of the Osteria Milanese. Over the years, the restaurant has won numerous recognitions, a testament to the dedication and commitment of the owner and his team.
Il Ristorante
Ricavato all’interno di un’antica casa di ringhiera del ‘700 e finemente arredato con mobili originali in stile Liberty, il Ristorante Alzaia 26 si compone di tre sale caratterizzate da un’atmosfera romantica e ricercata. Questa atmosfera è resa ancora più accogliente dagli spettacolari soffitti in legno con travi a vista, originali dell’epoca di costruzione dell’edificio, presenti in due delle tre sale.
Il Ristorante Alzaia 26 offre un’accoglienza discreta e raffinata, ma al tempo stesso è una tappa obbligata per molte famiglie milanesi, numerosi turisti e – soprattutto all’ora di pranzo – una sofisticata clientela d’affari.
Located in an old 18th century "casa di ringhiera" (traditional neighbourhood house), the Ristorante Alzaia 26 is finely furnished with original Art Nouveau furniture and comprises three rooms with a romantic and refined atmosphere. This atmosphere is enhanced by the spectacular wooden ceilings with exposed beams, original to the construction of the building, present in two of the three rooms.
Ristorante Alzaia 26 offers a welcoming atmosphere, discreet and refined, but at the same time a must for many Milanese families, numerous tourists and, especially at lunchtime, a sophisticated business clientele.
La Cucina
Famoso per la sua cucina autentica, incentrata sulla proposta di piatti tipici della migliore tradizione gastronomica meneghina e italiana, variati costantemente con il passare delle stagioni, Alzaia 26 ha saputo imporre la filosofia "slow food" ben prima che diventasse una tendenza di moda.
